As the  photographer of the images I retain all rights to the images that are captured. These rights are protected by law.

 ONLINE SALES

From time to time I offer images for sale online. These images are for your personal use only and are priced accordingly.

 EDITORIAL, ADVERTISING and COMMERCIAL USE

To use images a Licence to use can be  negotiated with me, the photographer. The licence fee is a fee that the photographer charges you to allow you to use images for a particular purpose(s) and time. Licences can be negotiated to meet your unique and specific requirements.

 COMMISSIONS

Commissions are priced taking into account the time needed to set up the shoot, the time for the shoot and the time spent in the digital darkroom.  The price will also include the Licence fee and expenses. I work out of and can be booked from London, Oxford, Leeds or Plymouth.
